At the end of the guests/traveller experience, they will be sent a series of one click review questions with the option to add more detail where required.

This enables Travaal to constantly keep updated on our clients experience.

A guest will instantly receive a review questionnaire upon exiting the accommodation. This will request that they rate the accommodation and service they received.

This provides us with an up to date picture of how our property partners are performing.
